Raisa Monique Manley

Raisa M. Manley, 52, of Davenport, Iowa passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023 at Aspen Rehab in Silvis, IL. Services to honor her memory will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 11am at Christ Apostolic Church. Memorial’s in Raisa’s name may be made to the family.

Raisa was born on February 20, 1971 to Bishop Rayes and Barbara Soto. She was united in marriage to Tournear Manley on February 14, 1997. Raisa was an active member of the Norfolk Apostolic Church and the Christ Apostolic Church. She loved to cook and sing. Raisa never met a stranger, just a friend she didn’t know yet. Her family meant everything to her. Raisa worked as a mortgage broker before her health decline.

Those left to honor her memory are her husband Tournear; children Sandra (Kevin) Townes, Tournear Manley, II., Bethany Manley, Austin (Courtney) Manley, Alyssa Manley, Tationa Manley, and Robert Manley; grandchildren Eliana Townes, Mayah Townes, Liya Townes, and Qaizlyn Raisa-Soto; and her siblings Kelly Eston and Calvin Reese.

She was preceded in death by her parents Rayes and Barbara; her step-mother Sandra; sister and brother-in-law Victoria and Sam Fulton; and her niece Andrea Tensley.
