Rebecca Ruth Mueller

Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 17, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials may be made to the family.

Rebecca was born April 26, 1957, the daughter of Charles and Rosalie (Carter) Estabrook in Davenport, IA. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Marycrest College and worked as a substance abuse counselor at places such as CADS, Vera French, and Unity House.

Rebecca loved gardening and had a passion for cooking. More than anything she enjoyed spending time with her family and loved them dearly.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, William (Misty Stick Mueller) Mueller of Long Grove, IA, and Sarah Mueller (Jason Hobart) of Davenport, IA; grandchildren, Kyla (Sam) Strobbe of Davenport, IA, and Kaitlyn, Allison and Logan Stick Mueller all of Long Grove, IA; great grandchildren, Silas and Kallie Strobbe of Davenport, IA; and siblings, Rosemary (Larry) Swearingen of Milan, MO, Paula (Jack) LaGrange of Davenport, IA, Shelly (Kerry) Harper of Davenport, IA, Diane Fordyce of Milan, MO, and Charlie (Barb) Estabrook of Pella, IA; along with her beloved dog, Brody.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Steve Estabrook and Chad Estabrook; sister, Melissa Bonnett; and nephew, Jimmy Harper.
