Richard L. Seibert

Richard L. Seibert, 56, of Davenport, died Sunday, April 24, 2011 in Davenport. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 1:00 pm at The Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-7 pm at the mortuary. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park.

Richard was born October 13, 1954 in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of Wilbur and Gladys (Hall) Seibert. He was united in marriage to Donna Norris in 1975 in Maryland.

Richard owned and operated “When Time Stands Still” clock repair in Davenport and also was a mechanic for twenty years for Impro. Inc. His hobbies included: fishing, camping, golfing and collecting and repairing clocks, however, his greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of the National Watch & Clock Association and was a Boy Scout leader for Troop 8 out of Davenport.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Donna, Davenport, sons: Richard (Jennifer), Davenport, Matthew and fiancé Sarah Edmunds, Davenport and Philipp (Kelli), Quincy, IL; grandchildren: Trevor, Nick, Austin, Sean and Colton; sister, Carol (Ernie) Vinck, Harrisburg, PA and many nieces and nephews. His parents preceded him in death.
