Roger W. Stoltenberg

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Monday, June 20, 2022 at the All Veterans Memorial, Davenport Memorial Park, where burial will follow. Condolences may be shared at www.rungemortuary.com.

Roger was born May 24, 1936 in rural Scott County to Harry & Irma (Kay) Stoltenberg. He was united in marriage to Doris Rohlk on February 17, 1956. She preceded him in death in 2013.

Roger had been in sales with Georgia Pacific for 25 plus years prior to his retirement. He was a member of Ellsworth Lutheran Church Ellsworth, IA and worked for the Boy Scouts of America for many years. Earlier in life Roger had been a marathon runner.

Survivors include 2 sons Mark Stoltenberg, Maxwell, IA & Eric Stoltenberg, Ellsworth, IA; daughter Laura (Jay) Fransisco, Meridian, ID; 4 grandchildren Michael, Erin, Dana (Russ), and Trevor; 1 great grandchild Aiden; & a Sister in law Judie Stoltenberg, Eldridge, IA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and brother, Ron Stoltenberg.
