A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, in The Runge Mortuary Chapel with visitation beginning at 12:00 PM until service time.
Ron was born on June 17, 1963, in Rock Island, Illinois to Dennis and Judy (Clemons) Dean. He was united in marriage to Barbara Sales on November 20, 1982, in Davenport.
Ron was a hardworking man with many talents ranging from pipe laying, construction, and lawn care, he was always busy. He loved fishing, the outdoors, and spending time with his kids and grandkids, who were his pride and joy.
He is survived by his loving wife of forty-three years, Barbara; his parents, Dennis and Judy Dean; children, Jennifer Sales and Michelle (Michael) Hoeg; sister, Vicky (Michael) Becraft; eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter; along with numerous sisters and brothers- in-laws, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Robert and Vivalee Clemons-Wells; and paternal grandparents, Duane and Dorothy Dean-Bernauer.
