Cunnick - Collins Mortuary and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.Ruth passed away on August 19, 2017 at her home in Davenport.Ruth Ella Howard was born on November 9, 1940 in Prairie Hill, MO, the daughter of Clarence and Anna (Griffin) Howard.Ruth was a former member of the Elks and Moose Club.
