She was born on April 1, 1951, in Davenport, IA, the daughter of Jac and Evalyn Spring.
Sally enjoyed a handful of activities, including crochet, baking and cross stitch. She was a lover of animals and enjoyed spoiling her grandkids.
Surviving her are stepdaughters Jessie James (West) and husband Christopher James, Jamie West and her fiancé Darrell Barker; and grandchildren Addie, Lana, Anderson, and Logan West. Sally is preceded in death by her spouse of 35 years, William C. West; and her pets Frankie and Winston.
