Sherry C. Lambiotte, 68, Davenport, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2014 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, February 20, 2014 in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be Thursday, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the mortuary. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Sherry was born November 16, 1945. She was chosen to attend Marycrest College through a Social Security program. She married Jerry Lambiotte in 1978. She retired from Social Security after twenty-five years. Following that, she was employed by Younkers at North Park. Sherry was a voracious cook.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry; children: Donald Raymond Harris, III; Kirk and Linda Lambiotte and Sara Lambiotte; her beloved grandchildren: Blaize Harris, Kirstyn Lambiotte, Riley Lambiotte, Sierra Hodges and Alayna Lambiotte and a sister, Pamela Smith. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marjory Hopkins and a brother, Lawrence.
