She was born on September 19, 1930 the daughter of Lucian and Elizabeth Delk in Seneca, IL. She was united in marriage to Wallace Hopkins, he died in 2010.
Shirley is survived by her daughter Pam Nolan; and sons Don Hopkins; Chad (Danielle) Hopkins.
