Memorial services will be held at 2PM, Monday, May 23, 2016 in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Runge Mortuary is assisting family with arrangements.
Shirley was born on July 24, 1928 in Davenport, the dauther of John and Elizabeth (Lubeck) Willers.
Survivors include her son James Willers, and many friends.
