Susan passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at her home in Davenport.Susan Denise DeSmet was born on February 12, 1953 in Davenport, the daughter of Charles and Betty (Houston) DeSmet.Survivors include her sons; Mike (Carrie) Merideth, Bill (Rhianna Jockisch) Merideth all of Davenport, daughter; Betty (Dan Bogart) Merideth of Aledo,IL, 6 grandchildren a sister; JoAnn HayVaert of Davenport, and longtime companion, Jason Stuart of Davenport.She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Charles and brother, Sandy.
