Teddy K. Dunlap

Teddy K. Dunlap, 68, of DeWitt, died Tuesday, September 11, 2012 in DeWitt. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 12:00 pm at The Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 am until the service at the mortuary. Memorials may be made to Genesis Hospice.

Teddy was born May 2, 1944 in Moline, IL, the son of Theodore and Ruth E. (Dean) Dunlap. He married Donna Rothmeyer Clausen on September 30, 2002 in Moline.

He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as a brick mason for Tri-State Construction Company. He truly loved his family and enjoyed fishing, football, especially the Bears and NASCAR. He will be dearly missed.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Donna; children: Karrie (Zach) Noyes and Brian (Sherilyn) Dunlap; step-sons: Jason (Jen) Clausen and Ryan (Tricia) Clausen; grandsons: Reece Dunlap, Jeter Noyes, step-grandchildren: Ellie, Eli and Kole Clausen; brother, Jerry (Joan) Dunlap; sisters: Kathleen (Sam) Carothers; Carol Frana and Jane (Daniel) Wibert; brother-in-law, Ronald Brown and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father, Howard Parker, sisters: Marilyn and her husband, Robert Vogt and Patsy Brown and a brother-in-law Ronald Frana.
