Born and raised in the Quad Cities area, she spent most of her life in Davenport, where she was known for her charismatic spirit and love of music. She had a beautiful voice and cherished singing. She and her late husband founded the band "Bittersweet" and shared a passion for classic cars. Her collection of teddy bears could not be ignored and she enjoyed displaying each one. An animal lover at heart, she adored her little dogs, most recently her beloved Brittany. She found great joy in the simple pleasures of life and the company of her family.
She is survived by her brother, Thomas (Cynthia) Fisher; nephews, Pat Purcell, Dan (Laurie) Purcell, and David (Adawndria) Fisher; and her niece, Victoria (Michael) Householder; as well as two great nieces and two great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Daniel "Dan" Rabe.
A celebration of her life will be held at the Runge Mortuary & Crematory in Davenport from 4pm to 7pm on Thursday, August 6th. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to King's Harvest Pet Rescue.
