Thomas Davis

Thomas Edward Davis, 51, of Davenport Iowa, originally from Rock Island, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 21, 2026, surrounded by family. Per his wishes cremation rites will be accorded. A celebration of Tom’s life will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 1 – 4 pm at Hauberg Estate. The address is 1300 24th Street, Rock Island. Please attend wearing casual clothing or Chicago Bears attire as Tom would.

Tom will be laid to rest at Chippiannock Cemetery. Memorials may be to the family to help with lingering medical costs and final arrangements.

Tom was born on December 22, 1974, in Moline, Illinois to Richard and Donna (Jeskie) Davis. He spent most of his life on the Mississippi River working on it and enjoying it. He very much-loved being in and around the water. He worked as a marine technician for over 30 years. He was skilled at diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and had the ability to fix things in the most practical way. Tom took a lot of pride in the way he treated his customers. He was an avid NASCAR fan and a Chicago Bears fan.

Those left to cherish his memory include fiancé, Lori “Lulu” Teidel; mother, Donna (Dave) Evans; children, Hunter Davis, Tabi Davis, Lacey Davis; brothers, Ben Davis, Doug Davis and many extended family members.

Tom was preceded in death by his father, Richard Davis and brother, Sam Davis.
