Visitation will be held Sunday, August 20, from 11:00 am-2 pm at the Runge Mortuary. Please dress casual or in sport attire, how he would remember you. Tim was born September 21, 1979 to James and Diana (Sales) Cruchelow in Davenport, IA. On April 27, 2002 he was united in marriage to Stephanie Akers in Eldridge, IA. He enjoyed working at Cardio Vascular Medicine and also at Target.
Tim was a caring person and had a passion for fishing. He loved being part of the Ice Junkies Outdoors which is an ice fishing community, and helping out with various youth and veteran fishing opportunities. He was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs, Dallas Cowboys, and Iowa Hawkeyes. He also loved NASCAR. More than anything he enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews, and his dogs, Remi and Raine.
Those left honoring his memory are his loving wife of 21 years, Stephanie Cruchelow; mother, Diane Cruchelow; sister, Kristen (Casey) Barnes; brother, Matthew (Amy) Cruchelow; maternal grandfather, Ira Sales; in-laws, Ben and Kathy Akers; brother-in-law, Matt (Ashley) Akers; sister-in-law, Regina (James) Slama; nieces, Jasmine, Mati, Amanda, and Desi; and nephews, Conner, Riley, Ben, Cyrus, Logan, and Dylan.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Cruchelow; paternal grandparents, Louis and Phyllis Cruchelow; and maternal grandmother, Mary Sales.
