Timothy W. Howell

A gathering to celebrate the life of Timothy W. Howell, 62, of Bettendorf will be held from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. on Saturday at The 11th Street Precinct, 2108 E 11th St, Davenport. Tim passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at his residence. Cunnick-Collins Mortuary and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.

Tim was born on November 24, 1955 in Davenport, the son of Henry and Connie (Sauls) Howell. He was a graduate of Davenport West High School. In 1977, he married Deborah Glass. Prior to his retirement in 2006, he worked as a lab technician at Nichols Aluminum. Most recently Tim worked part time at Enterprise. He was an avid Chicago Bears, Iowa Hawkeyes, and St. Louis Cardinal fan. Tim was also a member of the Teamsters Union.

He is survived by his Mother: Connie Martens of Davenport; Daughter: Courtney (Jeffrey) Oswald of Blue Grass, IA; Son: Jason (Emily) Howell of Bettendorf; Ex-Wife: Deborah Howell of Davenport; Sister: Gwenell (Mick) Hobson of Albany, IL; Brother: Mike Howell of Springfield, OH; 5 Grandchildren: Cole, Zachary, Savannah, Harper, Kaylee; and his Canine Companion: Bentley.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry; and his Step-Father, Bob Martens.
