Touissant was born in the City of Dimbokro, Ivory Coast Africa on November 1, 1968, to mother, Ahou Kouakou, and father, Abou Kone Lancina. He was united in marriage to Vanessa L. Royal, on May 17,1997, with whom he shared a devoted and loving marriage for 28 years.
Touissant was an Inspector General in the United States Army. He served his country faithfully over his 20-year career.
He poured his heart into everything he pursued- excelling in his work and always striving to provide for his family with the very best life had to offer.
He had the ability for helping others navigate certain areas of their lives. Finding connections, making introductions or just giving a word of advice. He made a lasting impact on those around him.
Outside of work and family, Touissant found joy in life's simple pleasures. He loves sports, music and cooking food for his family.
His legacy lives on in the love he gave, the lives he touched, and the strength of the family he built and cherished. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Those left to treasure his memory include his wife, Vanessa Lancina; children, Elijah Royal, Chandler Lancina, Liam Lancina; siblings, Dorothee Anastasia Assidou and Ambroise A. Tano.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ahou Kouakou, his father, Abou Kone Lancina; and his brother, Paul N'Guessan.
