Turon "T' Bone"" Johnson

A Celebration of his life will be Friday, December 10, 2021 at 2 pm at The Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be Friday from 12-2 pm at the mortuary. Cremation rites will follow the services. Memorials may be made to his family. Online condolences may be left at www.rungemortuary.com.

T-Bone was born December 9, 1972 in Chicago to Florine Johnson. He had worked as a cook at Gunchies along with being a DJ at Thirsty’s on Third on the weekends. He had a bigger than life personality and was one everyone loved to hang around with. He loved cooking; especially Puerto Rican food and was a down-to-Earth kind of guy. He also had a great sense of humor.

Those left to celebrate his life include his children: Ashely Randle, Wisc., Jeremy Johnson, Wisc., Justin Gonzalez, Chicago, Cheyenne White, Davenport, Trinity Johnson and Adriana Johnson, Davenport, three grandchildren, siblings: David “Hutch” Johnson, Davenport, Tina Johnson, Chicago, Constance Diaz, Davenport, Jessicca Williams, Moline and David Vargas, Davenport; along with numerous nieces, nephews and his numerous friends.

His mother and a brother, Johnny Johnson preceded him in death.
