Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Friday, August 6, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, at the mortuary. Vicky was born December 9, 1964, to Darrell and Joyce (Nettleton) Lobdell in Davenport, IA. She was united in marriage to Ernest West on July 9, 1983, in Davenport. Vicky worked at Merry Maids for many years, as well as the Waste Commission of Scott County at the recycling center where she was looked at as the "Mom" of the crew. She loved her work family like they were her own.
Vicky was an outgoing woman who loved bingo, her family, and her pets.
Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Ernest West; son, Joe West and his love, Abi Daniel; her brother, Bret and wife, Bea Lobdell ; niece and goddaughter Holly Meade; and her parents.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; uncles: Jerry, Bob, Duane, Delbert, and Allen; aunt Carol; cousin Cheryl; aunt and uncle Audrey and Albert.
