Victor was born August 27, 1951, in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. He was the son of Andrei and Halina Czerewko. He graduated from Moline High School and attended Black Hawk College receiving a bachelor’s degree.
Victor married Judy Engle on February 12, 1977, at St. George Greek Orthodox Church. His last place of employment was the Rock Island Arsenal where he retired in 2014.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Judy; sister, Ludmilla Cherevko; along with his extended family, and friends.
