Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.Walter Frederick Moeller was born on February 18, 1935 in Davenport, the son of John and Hilda (Tonefedlt) Moeller. He worked as a farmer in Scott County, he also worked for laborers 309 Union Hall for 20 years. He served as President for the Mississippi Valley Quarter Horses Association for many years.Survivors include his sons; Mark Moeller of Davenport, Brian Moeller of Blue Grass, 2 grandchildren; Savannah Moeller and Reilly Moeller, both of Davenport.He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Dawn Moeller and brother Melvin Moeller.Memorials may be made to Clarissa C.
