William “Bill” E. Richie, 57, of Davenport, Iowa passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Genesis East Medical Center. Per his wishes cremation rights have been accorded. He enjoyed the company of his friends. He was a Green Bay Packers fan and NASCAR fan.
