Betty Jean Bennett Lathrop

Passed away January 6, 2016 in Davenport, WA her home is Davenport, WA. She is survived by her husband Dale Lathrop at the home, two children Ken Lathrop and Sandy (Jim) Buchanan along with eight grandchildren Ken Goodhope, Gabriel Goodhope, Bree Vestal, Mark Lathrop, Max Lathrop, Dale Buchanan, April Lowry and Kristy Bell and eight great grandchildren. Betty has four brothers Larry, Robert, David and Daniel Bennett along with several nieces and nephews. Betty is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Linda Goodhope. Betty was a member of the Lincoln County armature HAM radio emergency service, a WA state certified EMT, Davenport Sr. Center, farmer Women’s Lioness and past president and the Lincoln County Repeaters Group. Betty enjoyed flowers, fishing, camping, flying airplanes, gold mining and spending time with family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of STRATE FUNERAL HOME, DAVENPORT, WA with Pastor Steve McLachlan, officiating.
