She graduated from Harrington High School in 1951. She was married to Donald Schuh on December 12, 1952. She was member of the Heritage Church in Odessa.
Corrine was very active in her church and very supportive of the many organizations in Odessa, always contributing baked goods or lending a helping hand. Corrine had an entrepreneurship spirit long before it became popular among women. She sold Fuller Brush, Avon, followed by Corrine's Flower Shop which she owned and operated for many years. There are very few people in Odessa that did not have a corsage, boutonniere, or flower arrangements created by her. Corrine was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She so enjoyed supporting her children, and then grandchildren in sports and all their activities. She was active on the family farm where she tended a huge garden and was a partner in running the farm. She embraced the life of being a farm wife. In her later years she enjoyed cross stitch and cherished giving the many creations as gifts to family and friends.
Corrine is survived by three sons, Tom Schuh, Bruce Schuh (Sue) and Craig Schuh (Debbie), 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, brother-in-law Earl, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Corrine was preceded in death by her husband, Donald after 55 years of marriage. Two daughters, Dixie and Stacy. Her parents and sister Leota.
A celebration of life for Corrine will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 12:00 noon at Heritage Church in Odessa.
Memorials may be made to Heritage Church of Odessa. Strate Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
