Ida Hazel Green

(Age 87)

Passed away on November 25, 2011 in Colville, WA. She is survived by her children: Joan McCrea and Wesley (Bub) Green; son-in-law Virgil Baumgarden, sisters Ethel Howe of Spokane, WA, Iona Hill of Hunters, WA, and Jean Holland of Colville, WA. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Ida was preceded in death by her parents, George Holland Sr. and Valie (Ashton) Holland, her husband, Wesley Green, sisters Ruby Denning and Leona Holland, brothers Claude Holland, Clyde Holland, and George Holland Jr. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Pinewood Terrace Nursing Center, 1000 E. Elep Ave., Colville, WA. Pastor Mike Van Meer will officiate. The family would like to thank the staff of Pinewood Terrace Nursing Center for the excellent care and compassion that was shown to Ida during her stay. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Pinewood Terrace Special Care Unit. Strate Funeral Home, Davenport, WA is caring for the family.
