Mary Christine Springer

Passed away on March 1, 2012 in Spokane, Washington. She was born on April 3, 1952 in Spokane, Washington to Harold Hensley and Alice Thompson. She attended schools in the Spokane area, graduating from Lewis & Clark High School. She worked at Lincoln Hospital for several years. She is survived by her companion, Steve Klarstrom of Davenport, WA; three sons: Sean Springer of Spokane, WA, Matt Springer of Spokane, WA, and Tyler Klarstrom of Shephard AFB, Texas; one brother, Harold Hensley of Spokane, WA and one niece. She was preceded in death by her parents. Chris enjoyed spending time at their cabin at Jewel Lake, BC. She also enjoyed her flower garden and attending her kids’ events. She loved animals and took in many stray animals over the years. Graveside Service will be held on Monday, March 5, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. View Cemetery, Davenport, Washington. Pastor Jim Stern will officiate. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society or to the donor’s choice. Strate Funeral Home, Davenport, WA is caring for the family.
