Passed away on February 24, 2026, in Spokane, Washington, with his family by his side. He was a longtime resident of Davenport, Washington.
Narciso owned and operated Cisco’s Concrete in Davenport for over 18 years. He took great pride in his work and was well known in the community. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Edith, at the family home; his four children, Beatrice Melendez, Narcisco Cruz, Curtis Nelson, and Roseanne Brown; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Strate Funeral Home, 505 10th St., Davenport, WA. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery, Davenport, WA.
