

Ruthie moved to Davenport with her family when she was one year old, where she was raised and lived her entire life. She attended Davenport schools and graduated in 2018. After graduating Ruthie worked various jobs in the construction industry and spent the last year of her life helping her family. Ruthie enjoyed being with her family and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Ruthie also loved hunting, fishing, snowboarding, and hanging out with her friends. Ruthie’s light-hearted and easy-going nature will be missed by all who knew her.
Ruthie was a member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church. Her child-like faith was firm and her obedient example was felt and witnessed by all who surrounded her.
Ruthie is survived by her parents Todd and Molly Massie, her older sister Olivia with Loren Hendrickson and nephews Ezra, Theo, and Rudy. Her older brother Max Massie with Christine and nephew Jess and niece Millie. Her younger siblings Seth, Gracie, Mick, Kate, Maggie, Emma, and Janie. Her grandparents Randall and Denise Massie, her grandfather Tim Downing, great-grandmother Margaret Downing, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of precious brother and sisters in faith.
Ruthie was preceded in death by her grandmother Sue Downing, her aunt Jill Massie, and cousins Jessica and Gabe Johnston.
Services will be at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church of Davenport, WA at 35900 SR 25 N, Davenport, WA on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with viewing beginning at 10:00 a.m..
