McCREA, Tobey James – (Age 65) Was born May 13th, 1947, in Spokane,Washington to Archie McCrea and Alva Ostenberg McCrea died May 2nd, 2013 in Spokane, Washington. Tobey, a Veteran of Vietnam and an enrolled member of the Spokane Tribe of Indians is survived by his children Tony Maez, Carl McCrea, Patricia Wynne, and Annette McCrea-Kennedy. Tobey is also survived by three brothers, DeVaughn McCrea, Alvin McCrea and Mac-Henry McCrea. He is also survived by one sister, Terry McCrea. Tobey was preceded in death by his parents Archie and Alva, sisters Fern Kieffer and LaVerne Keiffer; Brothers George, Joe, Dennis, Archie, Jerry, and Arnold. Tobey, along with Truck Driving, was also a Police Officer for both New Mexico and Washington states. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Tobey was one of Grandma's favorite grandsons. She was especially proud that he became a policeman and sent her the "True Detective Magazines". Irene Haines, first cousin and working at Seattle Public Library for 30 years, soon to retire. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
