Mrs. Jeannine Belanger

Jeannine was predeceased by her beloved husband of 55 years, Marius Belanger, and by her siblings, Pierrette, Micheline, Denis, and Claude. She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Annie (Gregg) and Sandra; her cherished grandchildren, Audrey and Madison; and her extended family members and friends whose lives she touched.

Born in Montmagny, Quebec, Canada, Jeannine made Florida her home more than forty years ago. She worked alongside her husband in their upholstery business, took great pride in caring for those she loved, and was devoted to her family throughout her life.

Her family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to all who kept Jeannine in their thoughts and prayers, as well as to the dedicated staff of Cleveland Clinic Weston and VITAS Hospice for the compassionate care and support they provided.

In accordance with her wishes, Jeannine will not be publicly viewed. Family and friends are invited to gather in the presence of her ashes on Friday, August 7, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Fred Hunter Funeral Home, 2401 South University Drive, Davie, Florida 33324, (954) 527-1550. A memorial service will be held at 4:30 p.m., followed by refreshments on site.
