Josefa Loo & Alberto Sen Loo

Josefa Carmen Chang was born March 1944 in Havana Cuba. Alberto Sen Loo was born in May 1942 in Canton China. Alberto emigrated to Cuba as a young man with his father as an entrepreneur. In her home country Fifi met and was courted by Alberto with a gardenia every day. Marrying in Cuba, they emigrated to the United States where they resided in New Jersey, with her mother and grandmother before relocating to Miramar Florida. Alberto followed his passion of cooking opening two restaurants and working his career as a Cantonese chef. Becoming both a mother and professional in the banking industry, Fifi retired with Alberto always pursuing continued adventure. Travelling both domestically and internationally with their closest circle and leading a joyous, laughter filled life to emulate.

Fifi is survived by her sister Margarita Barnes. Fifi and Alberto are survived by their daughter Vivian Loo Carlin, and son in law Robert Carlin.

A visitation for Josefa Loo & Alberto Sen Look will be held Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home, 2401 S University Drive, Davie, FL 33324, followed by a community center from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
