Manuel Arroyo was born Guadalajara to Eliseo Arroyo & Raquel Zepeda on January, 11th 1936. He went to school at Fullerton. He married Elvira Robles in Guadalajara. He worked as an array of personal business including a commerce school, factory for electronic machines for skin care and furniture, day care center, teacher aide school, Government employee, etc, etc.
