It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the tragic passing of Aleah Kroger, age 35, and her beloved children, Emma age 9, and Noah age 7, who entered into eternal rest together on May 23, 2026
Aleah Kroger, Daughter to Keith and Mary Parks was a devoted mother, a loving wife, and the heart of our family. She had a passion for animals and was a Volunteer Foster Animal caretaker. Our house frequently had kittens, puppies and even rabbits that needed care until adopted. She also loved gardening. Our backyard was a variety of plants and flowers to add some color to the world. Like reading? You would need a library card for our house with the number of books that Aleah had. She would stay up late some nights lost in the fantasy fiction series she was reading.
Emma was a 9-year-old 3rd grade student at West Carrollton Elementary. She had the biggest heart and loved animals as much as her mother did. She would swim in the pool everyday if she could. She was always helpful to her classmates in school before she would finish her own work and had a love of chicken nuggets. Emma aspired to be a vet when she grew up.
Noah was an excellent student in the 1st grade at West Carrollton ECC and made friends everywhere he went. Nobody was a stranger to Noah, you were just automatically his friend. He would challenge anybody to a video game and loved the retro games of his father’s childhood on the original Nintendo almost as much as he loved pizza. Even at 7 years old, he was able to reach Mike Tyson in punchout, or Dracula in Castlevania.
They leave behind a beautiful legacy of love. They are survived by their husband and father, Matt Kroger; Sister Maya Kroger; Grandparents; Steve & Shirley Kroger and Keith & Mary Parks; Aunt Karen Kroger; Uncle Austin Parks; and Uncle Brian Reed; Great Grandparents and many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
A celebration of their lives will be held on Friday June 12th from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. as well as a service on Saturday, June 13th at 2:00 p.m. at Tobias Funeral home located on Far Hills Ave. All who knew and loved them are welcome to attend and celebrate the beautiful lives they lived.
In lieu of flowers, we request that you make a donation to SICSA as they could use your support to help the animals that Aleah and the kids so adored. You can donate in their names if you wish. Please visit WWW.SICSA.ORG and click on “Donate”. Online condolences may be left at www.tobiasfuneralhome.com
