FREDERICK, Anthony Michael (39) of Dayton, Ohio passed away at his home on Sunday September 6, 2015. He was the life of the party and an amazing storyteller who had a love for cooking, music, painting, drawing, and gardening. Above all he loved his family and friends. Anthony is preceded in death by Martha Frederick, grandmother, William and Geneva Culvyhouse, grandparents, Eugene and Sylvia McDermott, great-grandparents, Robert and Mabel Frederick great-grandparents and Travis Culvyhouse, uncle. He is survived by his parents Harold (Cynde) Frederick and Fonda Culvyhouse; siblings Angela (Russ) Smethwick and Nichalas Frederick; grandfather, Harold R. Frederick Sr., and uncle, Scott Frederick; nieces and nephews Victoria McCaffery, Grant Smethwick and Elle and Hunter Frederick. He was loved and adored by his family and will be greatly missed forever. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 10, 2015 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH, from 5 pm until time of service at 7 pm.
