Benjamin Harrison Watts

The family of Benjamin (Ben, Benny) Watts, 71, of Springboro, Ohio is deeply saddened by his death on Monday, November 27, 2023. He was born January 6, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio to Charles Monroe Watts and Wilma Ruth Watson Watts.

Ben was a cook in the US Army. While in the Army, he was stationed primarily at Fort Benning, Georgia. After the Army he worked at and retired from Duriron/FlowServe where he ran a CNC machine.

Ben loved traveling, hunting, fishing and playing guitar but he mostly enjoyed spending time with his family and creating wonderful memories.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his 3 brothers Roger, Bill and Eddie.

Ben is survived by his wife, Arlene whom he married May 21, 1988; their children, Curtis (Amanda) Watts of Pittsburgh, PA, and Christopher Watts of Columbus, OH; one grandchild, Natalie Watts, 3 sisters Patty (Tim) Strausbaugh, Debbie (Rick) Allison, and Tammy (Bill) Justice, sister-in-law Shari (Roger) Watts, several nieces and nephews and many friends he considered family.

Visitation, 6 pm followed by a service at 7 pm , Thursday, November 30, 2023 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME, 5471 Far Hills Ave. at Rahn Rd. Dayton, OH 45429.
