Betty J. Coffey

Coffey, Betty J. (Landsiedel), died on Saturday, November 28, 2015. She was 91. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bill. She is survived by her children, Jill McHale (Patrick) and Doug. She will be remembered for her wonderful smile, positive spirit, and clever wit. She possessed the remarkable gifts of joy, laughter, humor and strength. Hers was the home where everyone gathered to party, enjoy her fantastic cooking, and play games. She was passionate about golf, bridge, bingo, and entertaining. Betty was instrumental in setting up the teaching of Accounting Dept. at the University of Dayton in the 60’s, a feat she was so proud of accomplishing. Betty’s final wish was for everyone to stay after the services for food and celebration of her wonderful life.
