SCHOENING, Betty L. age 73, passed away in Ripley, Ohio on June 1, 2012. Betty was preceded in death by her mother, Louise, father, Frank, and sisters: Lois Jean and Diana. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Kenneth Schoening, daughters: Joyce DeGarmo, Tina (Greg) Hoskins, and Paula (Steve) Kerns; and 3 sisters: Shirley, Beverley, and Bonnie. Betty was born and lived in Dayton then retired to Ripley, Ohio. She loved the outdoors, especially the birds and flowers. Betty was very involved with her family; she was a generous and caring person. She loved her 6 grandchildren and 10 great- grandchildren, along with her large extended family and friends. 1:00pm Memorial Service at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BELMONT CHAPEL, 648 Watervliet at Fauver, on Saturday, June 9, 2012 with Deacon Ralph O’Bleness officiating.
