LIVINGSTON, Constance L., age 60 of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 29, 2016. She is preceded in death by her mother Vivian Berchtold. She is survived by her husband of 38 years James W. Livingston Jr., daughters Heather Livingston, Erin Livingston, father Harvey Strine and mother-in-law Helen Livingston. Constance began her career as an RN and went on to teach child birth education. She taught locally at Kettering Medical Center and the Miami Valley Hospital Berry Women’s Center as well as internationally. She was the owner of Perinatal Education Associates Inc. and recent president of the International Childbirth Education Association. Constance was a proud author of 2 educational books about childbirth. She was passionate about evidence based education and informed decision making for over 30 years. She loved the beach and Starbucks decaf peppermint mochas. She was a loving wife and mother who will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, January 6, 2017 at the Tobias Funeral Home – Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. with interment to follow at Dayton National Cemetery at 3 pm.
