We are truly sorry to hear of his passing, We have your whole family in our thoughts and prayers. 

I use to pick Danny & others, including Rodney Shumway, up for school (Belmont) and they would unhook something from in under my hood while I was distracted and that would cause us to have to skip school and hang out at Rick Hutchins house. They finally told me what they were doing. He came to Tennessee several times to visit me and my siblings after we moved here in 1979.  We had some good times. He was always fun to be around and would help you out with anything he could. Heaven's gain, Our loss. Rest My Dear Friend. My Love & Prayers to Dawn, Kyle, Nate and the rest of Danny's family.

To Dan's family, I am so sorry for your loss.  It has been a few years since I last saw Dan and whenever I saw him he always greeted me warmly.  God bless him.

I remember when we were in high school in DE and we would eat these great big chocolate  chip cookies from the bison shop  we would always be laughing and cutting up . You are up in heaven dancing with the angels, no more pain and suffering, fly high my friend .  Pray for us!


It was so nice to see Danny and meet his wife at the Arrowood reunion this past summer. I hadn’t seen him in a while, but we had a good chat about my dad, his uncle who he loved so much. He’s gone home. No more pain, just a nice Heavenly reunion with family ♥️

I am so sorry to hear of Danny's passing. We have known each other since grade school (Lincoln), and spent a lot of time together and graduated from Belmont together. I will miss our talks. I have a lot of ornery stories of our teen years in high school but one sticks out right now.
Danny, Rodney Shumway, and myself were scheduled to take summer school together at Wilber Wright hs. Rod had his license and drove a Plymouth Demon so we rode with him. You were only aloud to miss 3 days before you got kicked out of the program. We showed up to the building but never went in. Just drove around putting lunch money in the gas tank. All 3 of us booted out at the same time.
I will miss you my friend, give Thomas and Rod a hug for me.
