Daniel S. Caron, age 54 of Kettering, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at KMC Dayton. He is survived by his parents, Stephen and Diane Caron, and his children: Madalaine Caron, Jeffrey Caron and Tesla Caron. One grandchild, Augustus Burger also survives him, as does a sister, Lori Winemiller, two nieces Bryn and Emma Winemiller, and a stepdaughter, Patricia Shupe. Daniel was foremost a loving father. He was a drummer who was known throughout the Dayton area music scene and played in several local bands. He gave his final gift as an organ and tissue donor. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at the Tobias Funeral Home Belmont Chapel, 648 Watervliet Ave. from 5-8 PM. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to JDRF at breakthrought1d.org.
