Danny Centers

Danny E. Centers, age 64 of Kettering, passed away Monday, November 7, 2016 at University of Cincinnati Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Ruth Centers, and a brother, Bill Centers. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Pat Centers. His children also survive him: Steve and Lahomea Centers of Riverside, Shelly and Gary Dudley Jr. of Beavercreek, and Steven and Danielle Centers of Riverside. He is also survived by three grandchildren: Devin Dudley, Skylar Centers and Steven Centers Jr., as well as three sisters; Sandy Davidson and husband Millard, Pam Garver, and Sherry Hoxeng and husband Larry, and two brothers; Gary and wife Pat Centers and Wayne and wife Norma Centers as well as special cousins, Bettie and Eddie Strong. Danny was a hard worker and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and the rest of his family. He was employed by Southpaw and loved the work he did there; his family wishes to extend a special thanks to them. Friends may call at the Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel from 1-2 PM on Friday, November 11, 2016. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM Friday. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses if preferred.
