COX, David Anthony, 2 months, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2011 at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. David is survived by his parents Rob and Tricia Cox, his two brothers Robie and Ashton, paternal grandparents Norman and Geneva Cox, maternal grandparents Gary and Gayle Locks, his aunt Tashia Wolfe, and his cousins; Amber Soto, Jacob Gibson, and Mason Winham. Family to receive friends 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon on Friday, October 14, 2011 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Far Hills Chapel; where service will be held 12:00 noon Friday.
