Cramer, David Lee age 68, of Riverside, OH went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at Beavercreek Health and Rehab Center. He was born in Delaware, OH on July 13, 1951. He grew up working on a farm in Essex, OH. He loved to tell stories of his time working on the Carpenter farm. He would tell stories of not having snow days during his school years. His dad would make him go with him and help deliver fuel oil during snow days. He also played baseball and ran cross country in High School. As a kid he was in 4-H and won many awards showing sheep. David was a HUGE fan of family vacations. He really loved playing and hanging out with his grandchildren. He also had a great love of eagles. He was into woodworking and coin collecting. He was a troop leader for his sons Boy Scout troops. He went to Southern Ohio College for Computer Technology, which he graduated from in 1971. He retired from Elder-Beerman which he worked for 42 years. He is survived by his loving wife and High School sweetheart of 48 years Karen Lou (Oberdier) Cramer; his two sons Dale Lee (Sherry) Cramer, and Jeffrey David (Erica) Cramer; three grandchildren, Collin, Charlie, and Ethan. He is also survived by his siblings Francis (Carolyn) Cramer; Martha (Joe) Ventolo; Georgeanna (Ed) Almazon; Mary Elizabeth (Vernon) Jones; and many nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents Francis Burdette Cramer and Martha Lucille (Douglas) Cramer. Funeral Services will be held at 7:00pm on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the Tobias Funeral Home-Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road at Grange Hall Road. Family will be holding calling hours Saturday September 28, 2019 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm and from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
