David Roy Pidgeon

David was born on January 26, 1960, in Xenia, Ohio. He was a graduate of Xenia High School, Class of 1978. He attended Sinclair Community College and Wright State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business.

He worked in IT for MeadWestvaco and later went on to work at WPAFB as an acquisitions manager for the C-130 Hercules Division.

He volunteered his time with the Greene County Rescue Squad and at the United States Air Force Museum. He enjoyed spending time with his four sons, going to NASCAR races and fall festivals, and

taking road trips with his friends. He was a member of Christ’s Church in Bellbrook for many years.

Dave was a wonderful father and friend to many. He will be deeply missed.

Preceded in Death By

His parents, Pauline (Pidgeon) Clark and Ralph Franklin Pidgeon; and his brother, Todd Pidgeon.

Survived By His four sons:

• David Andy Pidgeon

• Kyle Pidgeon

• Samuel Pidgeon (and fiancé Maria Guedez)

• Benjamin Pidgeon and wife, Delaney Pidgeon

His nephew, Mark Pidgeon; his grandson, Levi Pidgeon; his stepfather, Ken Clark; his cousin, David Barkalow; and his dear friend, Dave Enix.

Services

Funeral services and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date, at the family’s discretion.
