BLOYD, Delbert J. age 84 of Dayton, OH, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2014. He retired from the University of Dayton. Delbert was preceded in death by his parents, Frank & Minnie Bloyd; a brother, Vernard Bloyd; and a son, Wayne Bloyd. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Cora (Sue) Bloyd; 4 sons, Billy (Esther) Bechler, Barry (Sonya) Bechler, Russell (Jody) Bechler, and Kelly (Kelly Rae) Bechler; 2 daughters, Tracy (Brad) David and Jan (Dan) Winkle; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 9-10 am Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Ave. at Rahn Road until time of service at 10 am.
