Delma J. Dehart

Dehart, Delma “Debbie” J., age 81 of Dayton passed away Friday, January 11, 2013. Born in Hazard KY to the late Dorothy and Brack Fugate, she is also preceded in death by her siblings: Homer Fugate, Doris Raymond, Paul Fugate, and Edith Fugate. Debbie is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Donald C. Dehart; 3 children: Doug (Brenda) Dehart, Gary “Tim” (Carol) Dehart, and Rhonda Strong; a sister, Anna Mae (John) McClellen; 6 grandchildren: Helen Dehart, Doug Dehart II, Tim Dehart, Kelly Dehart, Jamie Lynn Strong and Clint Strong. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and friends from Belmont Church of Christ, where she was a longtime member. A special thanks to Hospice of Miami Valley (Jennifer Pennington) and Comfort Keepers (Myrtle Haynes). The funeral service will be held at 1PM, Monday, January 14, 2012 at the Belmont Church of Christ, 3003 S. Smithville Rd, Dayton 45420, with Minister Tom Marcum officiating. Friends may visit at the church from 11:30am until the time of service Monday. Burial in Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Belmont Church of Christ and/or Hospice of Miami Valley, 46 N. Detroit St., Suite B, Xenia, OH 45385.
