DeYoung, Donald Martin, age 89 of Beavercreek, OH passed away on Friday, May 21. Donald was born in Aiken, MN in 1932 and moved to Michigan in 1950 to begin his career in construction, first as a finish carpenter and eventually as part-owner of Broadland Builders, Inc. of Rochester, MI. He served with the US Army from 1955–57 and he was a member of the Patterson Park Church in Beavercreek, OH.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Elizabeth, in 2013. He is survived by children, LouAnn Mohler (John), Thomas DeYoung (Cristie), and Beth Saunders (Greg) along with 7 grandchildren, Emily Allan, Christopher DeYoung, Jordan Mohler, Stephanie Young, Tamara Yaxley, Joshua Saunders, and Madison Saunders as well as 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the Tobias Funeral Home (Beavercreek Chapel) on Thursday evening, June 3, from 5-7 pm. A private family graveside interment will take place at the convenience of the family
