Donald Reed Morris passed peacefully at his home May 30, 2026. Don was a proud Beavercreek High School alumni and Ohio native. Don wore many hats throughout his working life from working side-by-side with his father at McCall's Corporation to serving as a cage cashier at Hollywood Casino.
Don was a lover of spending time with his family and friends, completing household updates, orchids, spoiling and loving any cats or dogs that crossed his path and sharing recipes with loved ones.
Don was proceeded in death by his mother (Jaunita Morris) and his father (Marion "Duke" Morris). He is survived by his sister Sheila Hull, niece Lydia, (Billy) Jones, great nieces Emma and Ella Jones and his chosen by love siblings Susan (Susie) Lanich and Steve Thompson.
He will be so very missed by his many family members, friends and close neighbors. In lieu of a funeral service the family will be having a celebration of life at a later date to be determined. As Don would have said, "Let's get together and have a big old party."
