Doris Jean Rodesky passed on October 8, 2026, at the age of 89, and was a resident of Beavercreek, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Richard Rodesky, and a son, Richard Cole Rodesky. She was also preceded by her daughter-in-law, Dana (Catanzaro) Rodesky, as well as by her parents, George and Eva (Ralston) Arnett.
She is survived by a son, Scott Forest Rodesky, and a daughter Eva Dawn (Rodesky) Riley and her husband, Mike. Three grandsons also survive her: Ryan Scott Rodesky, Garrett Michael Riley and wife Adriana, and Harrison Cole Riley.
Jean was a loving and compassionate person who put the needs of others before her own. She had a gentle and sweet spirit and was a true angel with immeasurable faith. She believed that her greatest accomplishment was raising her children.
Her family wishes to thank everyone at Trinity Community of Beavercreek for helping support and care for her for nearly 15 years as well as Ohio's Hospice of Dayton for her care.
