Revelation 21:4 comes to mind during this time of mourning: 
"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no more death or mourning, wailing or pain, [for] the old order has passed away."

I was privileged to know both of your parents through mutual friends the Radakovich's in Tucson. I spent many enjoyable hours with Ziggy and Dottie on my annual visits to Arizona. We exchanged meals and recipes and your Dad made the BEST margaritas! Dottie, Joyce and I went to the casino and shopping. In recent years Dottie and I only exchanged Christmas cards but she has been in my thoughts and prayers. My life was enriched for having known them both. May they rest together in God's loving care. We were very sorry to hear about your mom. We only met her a few times, but she was a lovely lady and you could tell how much she loved her family. We have always enjoyed hearing the stories from Emily about her childhood including some adventures with her grandparents. Now, we are the ones to build memories for our children and grandchildren. I believe that Auntie Dorothy is safe in heaven with Uncle Shorty (Ziggy) and her parents and all other family members. They are all happy and enjoying each other just waiting for all of us to join them! When my mom died, Auntie Dorothy and Uncle Shorty took care of my Dad (Rich) when he returned to Arizona. He told me of being invited to dinner at their home so that he would not be alone. That was kind and generous and showed their love. I remember visiting with Dorothy and trips out shopping with Nancy and Dorothy. Dorothy always had a zest for living and it was a pleasure to spend time in her company.Her bond with her daughter Nancy was warm and loving. Rest in peace and joy Dorothy Therese
